DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
To secure the reservation, a deposit in ZAR (South African Rands) as stipulated is required by the requested due date
Please note that no booking is secured/confirmed until a deposit is received.
In most cases this deposit will be non-refundable should a cancellation occur. The balance is payable in ZAR (South African Rands) 45 or 60 days (depending on the supplier) prior to first date of travel. For bookings received within 45 days prior to date of travel, full prepayment is required within 5 days of booking.
bookyour.africa reserves the right to release reservations being held provisionally, if a deposit is not received within the stated period.
EXTRAS
Clients shall settle their extras account & SATOUR bed levies prior to departure from venue/s unless otherwise arranged.
GROUP POLICY
The group policy applies to five or more rooms booked.
Our various venues & service providers have different group policies. On request we will send the relevant policy at the time of enquiry.
RATES
Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Payment in approved foreign currency will be accepted at the rate of exchange applicable on the payment due date.
NB: The exchange rates can be very volatile and it may be prudent to make payment sooner rather than later. Paying a deposit does not secure the rate, only payment in full does. We reserve the right to re-invoice you at the increased rate of exchange should circumstances dictate.
MALARIA
It is recommended that precautions be taken when entering an affected area. Check with your medical practitioner.
MEDICAL, TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It is highly advised that medical and travel insurance be purchased.
The responsibility resides with the traveller to take whatever insurance is deemed adequate for comprehensive travel and medical cover for the duration of travel, and the preceding period in which cancellation policies apply.
